The moment you see those lines on the pregnancy test, its more than just happiness. Fear, anxiety, pressure of being a good parent, family expectations, going through labor, feeding … i mean…. Really…all of that ..all together.
Just like marriage, everyone floods you with honeymoon destination options, famous couture , saloon appointments ..etc and lots of etc..But no one really tells you how to handle the relationships which comes with that. What happens once you are back from your honeymoon, how to tell your husband that you keep awake for hours once he sleeps, how to gulp down the recipes of new home and to be prepared and smile wide whenever inlaws are around without fail and specially how to pretend that you don’t miss your house and parents that much…..
Similarly, once you conceive people will tell you what all you are not suppose to do , No one comes and make you understand how you need to do it . No one makes you comfortable with the fact that its ok not to know everything, no rush.. relax…take help whenever you want, its ok to fail, no need to be perfect
